White Eyeliner: Don't This Do

Take heed, ladies. This is an example of a makeup look best left on the runway. (Although the subtle inner corner smudges seen in the bottom left pic are nice.)

Hey - does anyone else remember thick white eyeliner having a mini moment circa 1996? I'm pretty sure I've tried this out before...with horrible results.
